The more you recover your health, the easier it is to let go of obsessive tendencies. Gadgets won't do that for you, but nutrition, minerals, rest and connection will.
I'm guilty of being very affected by artificial fragrances to the point of nausea sometimes, though 🤢
Oh me too. I don’t think it means we are being dramatic though, there’s a real physiological thing happening. I think what’s important is that we don’t let it make us spiral or steal our joy. Like, “ok this person’s perfume is messing with me but IM OKAY LIFE IS GOOD.”
Cars sometimes are the worst for me, off gassing + fragrances + no fresh air and potentially long trips 🫠 But yeees it's uncomfortable but we are resilient 💪
Excellent and timely, Peta! We welcomed a new cohort to our wellness cert today, leading with the story of attending a conference full of junk light and nnemf… and leaving it feeling great because it was fun, vibes were high, and the body is resilient more than anything else! Gotta go participate with the imperfect world sometimes, even when you do choose a baseline of health ☀️
Totally Nikko. The lights are the one I am very particular about at home but travelling for two months has taught me to let go, and be ok anyway. I travelled with a small red light and a plug in warm light but... the light environment was rarely ideal. I made a decision that we're gonna thrive regardless. But I am still all for high standards where it counts XXX
Wild how something so many of us turn to for health and vitality, can be transformed into a conduit for fear and control. I know cuz I’ve been there myself! Really value these words and the reminder that it is safe to live 🤍
