UNCONDITIONAL. Everyday acts for the inner revolution.

I was chopping vegetables for dinner, the kids were playing on the trampoline. Uninterrupted cooking is it’s own kind of luxury, for me. I had a little ping inside that said ‘put music on. Light incense. Enjoy this moment more.’

Dam, I thought. I’m the only one who can protect and enhance my life like this…. In the moments where it really matters. These are the micro moments, where we have conversations with life itself. These are the moments, that we do allllll the courses and allllllll the healing for. Why else are we so committed to healing? Understanding ourselves? Knowing our gene key chart? It’s so life can feel fresher, more true, more beautiful.

Carrot in hand, I immediately started thinking about all the ways through the day, my energy and thoughts were going to the ‘bigger revolution’ that needed to take place. I am a ‘big picture’ person. I see years ahead, and always have. I like to know how all moving parts fit together inside something that means something. I have antennae on my body that is continuously scanning the world around, sensing the direction we’re going, what needs to happen to go there, how money, schools, government will be different…..

But hold one minute. While I can devote a portion of my daily energy to the ‘bigger revolution’.... what more attention to give my own inner revolution.

Will there ever be a mass revolution towards sovereignty and peace, if we can’t know it within ourselves first? Are we walking around talking about a broken system without addressing the disharmony within our own internal systems?
