Thank you for making my limited screen time worth it. Thank you for the sign I needed to not drink my fridge cig (aka Mexican coke) tonight as a nursing mama. I have rink envy as my childhood one is closed 😭
I look forward to all you have to share & resonate with MUCH💓
Haha I am seeing ‘the fridge cig’ everywhere. So many of my pro metabolic friends love a good Mexican coke. I’m gonna tell you a secret— I have never tasted Coca Cola in my life! I had a weird fear of it as a kid. My fridge cig hide in my drawer and it’s a fat stack of dark chocolate.
LOLZ I owned a holistic wellness brick & Mortar for 15 years. Im organic blooded & also Loveeee Mexican coke … the joy it brings shall overide anything less. WHEN you have your first smalllll sip of it (must be in the glass) we will rejoice with you (yes even the wellness girlies, well the cool ones anyways) Also dark chocolate is therapy.
The promise. Mmmm. I was journaling and surprised myself with an affirmation along the lines of, I allow myself to want it. I’m also torn as I love being home with my little ones and when I’m feeling all the feels I want to quit and focus on them solely but I know that’s not really the answer. It’s just fear. I want the capacity to back myself fully, and to hold my vision with my limited screen time setting me free as I share my 🔥 and bring that passion and full cup to my kids. I want to have them live in a blueprint of an empowered, present, joyful, expressive mama living her destiny. Time to write my promise.
I'm tempted to become a paid subscriber now before your price goes up. I think your readers will be thrilled with the direction you're going!
I've been feeling this pull recently to go deeper with my writing, a little more writing on grief, on hardship, on struggle (and on muddling through and overcoming in those things.) More memoir-style posts. I've gone there before and I can, but tapping into those feelings are hard!
I've shied away from that before, not wanting to put too much out there. But I'm also feeling like I'm at a better place now to be vulnerable while still finding that balance of holding back where I need to- if that makes sense!

Excited for this!
Ahhh so excited for what's coming - it's always worth the full read. I save them for when I know I have time to truly appreciate what your write.
I'm currently working on my first book - a memoir on life and grief and in the thick of resistance, as Stephen Pressfield calls it.
I loved reading about the rollar skating rink.
