I don’t want to write a detailed description of everything I’ve ever achieved, the books I’ve written, the money I’ve made, the organisations I give to, where I’ve lived, who I am and why I am SUCH an impressive, amazing person… (cue as seen on Forbes). I’d much rather invite you into the freshness of now. I trust you, and the part of you that moves from your own sense of undeniable resonance.

I live for finding crevices of honesty within myself that pop me open and let more of life in.
I live for discovering the nuances of awareness that allow for micro-liberations in our daily lives.
I live for the joy of my 10am hot tonic and the beauty of the mug I pour it into.
I live for the rewilding of myself, my children and of all who are done with being tamed.
I live for the movement classes that hit the spot in a way that bring my spirit back into my body and flick on every cell, illuminate my spine and help me process whatever is stored in me that is stuck.
I live for the wellbeing modalities that are offered through the genius of humans, ancient and new, that remove obstruction from our bodies so we can receive more of life through them.
I live for understanding my body more deeply so that more life can get in through her, living beyond survival, bracing, readiness to run.
I live for physical spaces I can walk into that make me feel at home, inspired by the colours, textures and the soul of places that can be so rich and goosebumpy.
I live for cafes, organic juice, hot medicinal tonics, and baked goods courtesy of grandmothers.
I live for hand bound books that are printed on fine Italian paper that are treasured throughout generations.
I live for the feeling of hand knitted sweaters and thick sheepskin rugs on my skin.
I live for the way beautiful design can move me emotionally.
I live for understanding the sacredness of my children and how to get out of the way of their nature… how to preserve it, protect it, bow to it.
I live for celebrating natural birth and honouring the importance, beauty and sacredness of our primal nature.
I live for healing so that my children can be more of themselves, and less inherited sores.
I live for feeling the energies of different lands and the ways lands and countries can and do heal and evolve me.
I live for making things with my hands, making a home, making my art, making food.
I live for the uniqueness of each human and the ecstasy that comes from allowing ourselves to live our true nature without explanation, defending, proving or justifying.
I live for the brilliance of nature and the way she mentors us everyday to become more free, more graceful, more self-sufficient, more innately vibrant.
I live for the brilliance of humans and the art we make, the ideas we have, the modalities we channel so that we can enjoy life in these bodies more.
I live for nourishing mothers, rewilding them and revering them so their lifeforce can return to their bodies as originally intended.
I am so excited to express myself to you in a more intimate, nuanced way beyond the noise and dilution of instagram.
