Can you feel it? We’re re-entering innocence.
Can you feel it? The personal growth industry as it’s always been, is dissolving.
The same goes for well-being approaches that leave out the freeing truths about our souls, our psyche’s and our bodies.
The same goes for our over identification with our trauma and the relentless desire to sell and offer everything we experience personally.
The 738 problem-solution-problem-solution hooks we see daily are losing their charge because we now know how addicted we are to the promise of better and how uncomfortable we are with the idea of who we are if we put it all down for a minute and trust ourselves to live.
We are tired of that voice inside that is constantly telling us of our wrongness, but disguising itself as one that is making us better (you know the one).
We are tired of the low key sense of superiority we feel over ‘those who don’t do the work.’
We are tired of putting perceived goodness before our humanity, adding things on the end of our sentences to make SURE people know how good, conscious and generous we are.
We’re tired of creating the lives of our wildest dreams but then spending most them peripherally scanning (or scrolling) for ways we can do it even more right according to whichever person on Instagram we’ve subconsciously idolized.
Our healing and evolution will always happen organically. It is safe for us to live our lives with innocence and less manufactured seriousness.
You know what else is safe? Allowing all of those things you do/think/believe/want that you’re trying to make into something more appropriate.
Remember the innocent way you enjoyed life before you got so deep into this work? Remember now clear and unjudged your desires were?
Imagine merging that innocence— where you didn’t feel you had to live up to your holier than thou Insta bio… with you now and the vast awareness and expansion you have gained from all your work. Mmm, now that is the sweet spot.
It’s safe for life to be simple.
It’s safe for you to put it all down.
Life will not drop you.

PPS. A reminder that often, very often, the therapy is often just as simple as picking the right song. My big cry in the sauna today was to ‘Roots’ by Grace Davies. Spot the emotional manifestor 🙋🏽♀️
PPS. . Antidote 3 is on Nov 30. There’s a special price until tomorrow, so grab your ticket now. It’s not a growthy event, it’s a ‘I WAS WAITING FOR THIS’ home coming celebration 🥐🍵Xx
